Items must be:

  • in original condition

Return Instructions

  2. We will provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return label

  3. Refunds are issued 3–7 business days after inspection

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn headphones/ear items

  • Opened consumables

  • Digital products or gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email us within 7 days with photos/videos and we will replace your item at no cost.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
